Well I am almost done Phase 1 of the EA Sports 9 week program - so if I had been doing the 3 week one it would be finished in 2 more workouts ;-). But I am curious to see how it will change once it is into phase 2 - will the length of the workouts increase or the intensity of them? I admit I am quite curious about what will go on with it once it flips to phase 2.
Tomorrow I have the EA Sports workout plus a make up pilates class. Looking forward to seeing how that works out - my plan is to do my EA Sports workout before I head over to pilates - hopefully it doesn't kill my pilates!
