Well perhaps I will be a little embarrassed since anyone could see this. But I am going to post a picture showing my progress so far. Now recognize that I purposely put my shirt on the start picture the way I did - I had planned to have my belly show in each of the photos but I decided I didn't want to when the time came to do the Feb picture.

http://leadpilates.com/ with a good deal of the change in the side view of my abdomen. Without the pilates I suspect I would be losing the same amount of weight but I doubt I would be seeing such a rapid change in my abs.
