I can't figure out what it is about Physio exercises that makes me so easily forget to do them. A break of a couple days generally seems to turn into a break of a week or so. But I am going to get back on pace with it especially since this week I am taking it easy on myself workout wise (my back was bugging me and I didn't want to push things). So since most days this week are just going to be walking days I will start my morning with my physio exercises instead of a full workout.
Probably will really help my water intake and energy to make sure I am continuing to do something first thing in the morning anyway!
